Our Process

We build in nine stages, and the order never changes. Layout and excavation come first, then the steel rebar cage, then the Schedule 40 PVC plumbing. We shoot the gunite shell and let it cure, then set waterline tile and coping, pour the deck, apply the interior finish, install equipment, and run startup. Each stage cures or clears a Lee County inspection before the next begins, including the NEC 680.26 bonding check.
